Das August 2019-Release wurde in 6 First fill Sherry seasoned American Oak Casks ausgereift und von Gordon Motion, dem Whisky Maker bei Highland Park ausgesucht.
Wahlweise ist auch das November 2019-Release erhältlich. Dieses wurde in einer Kombination von Sherry-, Bourbon- und Refill Hogshead ausgebaut.
Tasting Notes
- Nase:Muskatnuss, Ingwer, dunkle Schokolade und Orange.
- Geschmack:Voller Geschmack nach Mango, reifen Birnen und cremige Vanille, gefolgt von weichem Rauch..
