Hergestellt aus lokaler Gerste, die Maische lange (rund 100 Stunden) fermentiert, traditionell in Kupfer-Pot Still-Brennblasen destilliert, in STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) American Oak Rotweinfässern gereift und in Fassstärke abgefüllt.
Delikater, absolut lohnenswerter Single Malt aus England! Erst der zweite, handverlesene Cotswolds Whisky in unserem Sortiment.
Die Destillerie, die auch vorzüglichen Gin herstellt, ist seit 2014 in Produktion.
