A gin from Edinburgh: The challenge in creating Height of Arrows was for the producers to develop a gin with the mindset of a whisky maker. The great variety of flavours of the whisky is based on the expertise of the distillers, who use only three ingredients: Water, malted barley and yeast. In creating Height of Arrows, we have sought to create a gin that follows the same principle of achieving a richness of flavour with just a few ingredients. Height contains only three ingredients: Juniper, sea salt from the Isle of Skye and natural beeswax.
Enjoy it chilled neat, as a traditional gin and tonic or discover classic cocktails like the Gibson, Dry Martini or Negroni.
Tasting Notes
- Nase:Eine ausgewogene Präsentation von sauberer, frischer Kiefer und Harz, gepaart mit leichter Zitrusschale.
- Geschmack:Zunächst ölig und mundfüllend mit saftiger und reichhaltiger Orangenschale und Zitronenmark, dann ein kräftiges Auftauchen von schwarzem Pfeffer und Kardamom, abgemildert durch eine spitz zulaufende krautige Sanftheit.
- Nachklang: Langer, weicher und trockener Abgang mit spritzig-würzigen Noten.
